divM is constantly seeking new, skilled project managers who are interested in growing with us.

WHO ARE WE?

divM is a small, high-quality consulting firm that has been around since 2006 and has an established network with many of the region’s most exciting companies. We specialize in project and program management, which we approach from many different perspectives. With cozy offices in central Malmö and a group of experienced, inclusive colleagues, we are your home and support during and between assignments. You work for and with the client, but you’re never alone—at divM, we stick together.
We currently have assignments in a wide range of fields: IT and system implementation, technology and product development, infrastructure and construction, project governance, as well as change management of processes and workflows. We now need one or more proactive and curious project managers with experience in any of these areas.

• Have a strong project manager profile and a genuine interest in the field.
• Are independent and driven, with a passion for networking and teamwork.
• Have a natural talent for promoting both yourself and your colleagues.
• Never give up and always find ways to move forward.
• Are quality-conscious and meticulous while ensuring delivery.

We would like you to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects with many stakeholders.
• Experience in change management.
• A talent for communication, with excellent proficiency in both English and Swedish.
• A university degree.

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience in the consulting industry and a habit of securing assignments through your network.
• Certification according to PMI or IPMA.
• Experience and training in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with sustainability audits. If you’re familiar with ESG reporting, that’s a big plus.
• International project experience.
