Who are we?

divM is a growing consultancy with a well-established network in Malmo and Gothenburg. Our consultants have provided high quality services to clients all over the world since 2006.  

With a unique combination of competence and experience within program and project management and a sustainability support portfolio, we are contributing with high business value for our clients. Our typical assignments are program and project management roles within IT solution implementations, product and process development, infrastructure and high-voltage cable installations and sustainability auditing and strategy services.   

The divM team is inclusive and supporting – we are there for each other and there is always a helping hand whether you need someone to discuss challenges connected to your assignment or just want a few relaxing moments in the friendly atmosphere of our office in the center of Malmö. Even when mostly based at our customer’s premises, you are never alone and divM is there to support you. 

We are now looking to further expand and are searching for driven and capable project managers with experience as described below, or experience that is complementing us as a team and helps us grow together! 

Who are you?

We believe that you are already a consultant today or would like to work as one, and that you are…

· An experienced Project Manager or have genuine interest in being one.

· Driven, motivated and excel in networking and team work.

· A natural at promoting yourself and your colleagues.

· Persistent and always find a way to get closer to target.

· Attentive to details and river to deliver quality.

We expect you to have:

· Minimum 5 years of project management experience.

· Experience in managing large projects with complex stakeholder environment.

· Experience in change management.

· Excellent communication skills, and you are fluent in both English and Swedish.

· A university degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.

It is an extra merit if you also have:

· Experience in working as a consultant and scouting new assignments through your network.

· Experience in sustainability audits. Competence within ESG reporting  is a big plus.

· PMI or IPMA certification.

· Experience and competence in Agile development.

· Experience in leading projects internationally.
